Stefan spent the initial 15 years of his career in the technology industry, before completing a PhD in technology law. He is now an accomplished public lawyer, Independent Chair at the Parole Board for England and Wales, and a Presiding Justice in the Thames Valley Family Court.  As well as Timebanking UK, Stefan is Chair of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists Charity and a trustee of various other educational, special needs, healthcare, and resettlement charities. He is a qualified private pilot, a keen musician and enjoys following most sports. Stefan was commissioned as a Deputy Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire in 2023.
