Our safety measures include:

  • Issuing member handbooks which outline TBUK’s code of conduct and complaints procedure
  • Advising about specialist insurance providers
  • Monitoring activity using our bespoke software Time Online 2, which includes built-in safeguarding features
  • Broker training, covering topics such as
    • Help and activities you cannot offer within timebanking
    • Supporting community members with additional needs
    • Using the software as a member, administrator or broker
    • Essential policies and procedures
    • Pitfalls to avoid
    • Risk assessment
