Alison is the Director of Paxton Green Time Bank, London for over 17 years. She specialises in: Co-production, Mental Health and Community Well Being, Networking, Time Banking, Community Currencies, Fundraising, Policy / best practice development.
Martin Simon has worked in the public, private and voluntary sectors and is a passionate advocate for participation, mutuality and social justice. He introduced Timebanking to the UK, was the founder of Fair Shares and Chief Executive of Timebanking UK. He is recognised internationally as a pioneer of ‘co-production’ and has been a long time supporter of active citizenship and community led solutions. He is the author of ‘Your Money or Your Life: time for both’, ‘On Becoming a Time Broker’, ‘A Bridge to Tomorrow’ and ‘Bowling Together’. His report for the NHS, ‘A Fair Share of Health Care’, is the definitive examination of the relationship between social networks and health and wellbeing.
Tomasz Dzida is a senior risk and control professional with extensive management experience in financial services and organisational transformation. He leads Vision Seed CCM, focusing on leadership development, social enterprise, and the tokenisation of time in support of the emerging Society, Economy and Ecosystem 5.0.
Craig is a freelance journalist, copywriter and researcher, writing mainly about government, economic policy, work, the NHS and Europe. He is also a partner at Lexographic, which provides expert communications services to trade unions, charities and small businesses, and editor of Healthcare Manager magazine. As well as being a trustee of Timebanking UK, Craig is treasurer of Stroud Valley School Parent Teachers Association and chair of Stroud branch Labour Party.
Francesca became our youngest trustee in December 2022, bringing with her a new perspective from which TBUK can only benefit. Francesca comes to us from Proxima, a world-leading procurement and supply chain consultancy, where she is an Analyst working alongside some of the world’s largest and most successful businesses.
